 I used the flash and put a colored filter over the lens.

Defining Light Project

 Diffraction; bent light around the glass making a shadow on one side and plenty of light on the other. 

 Radiance; emitting sun rays through the trees. 

 Illumination; sunlight coming through the branches.

 Diffusion; the water colors are poured in the water and spread widely in the glass.

Lens Flare Tutorial

 Made the colors richer then added the lens flare.
